Low-budget and fairly clean place. The local staff was customer-facing. Comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and central heating, an iron and a work desk in the room. The karaoke bar onsite.

Everything is good, I enjoyed it. It's lovely base for sightseeing and exploring Niagara Falls. Perfect central hotel in a central area near to the Rainbow Bridge, the falls and attractions, Clifton Hill. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the karaoke bar.

Simple check-in, great communication, IDEAL location. Breakfast had incredible choices, including yoghourt and fresh fruit, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it.

Picturesque location, cool staff and fully-equipped rooms. Fascinating view, a tiny balcony, very comfy bed, too. Booked with a savoury breakfast and I loved the meal. Fairly clean and beautifully kept hotel in Clifton Hill district...

Very clean restaurant, very engaging staff, exquisite position. The offered breakfast was above average and included lots of options. I liked the place, especially my queen room. Automated check-in & really great service.
